Hi, my name is Suzie and I've been crafting for about 21 years. I was first introduced to Americana and folk art whilst living in Northern Ireland and I instantly fell in love with the whole lifestyle.

Gingerbread Dreams is a small American style country store. We are a family business with my hubby being the gofer, daughters, Holly being in charge of the website, Amber has now left on a Saturday and has gone on to greater things but still helps out when she can, and Chloe the new Saturday girl. (if she can get out of her bed that is)! My dad, Eddie who makes plaques at a drop of a hat for me whom we couldn't manage without. My mum Madeline who makes all the gorgeous handmade cards (she is very popular...and her cards aint half bad either!)

Meet my daughter Amber, who helps out in the shop on Saturdays, working hard sanding plaques for me.

Lots of items are handmade by myself, as well as lots of products shipped in from America.

Special mention also to my friend Sandra, who runs the local florist beside me, whose business knowledge I couldn't do without.

We are based within the beautiful surroundings of West Dunbartonshire, only ten miles away from the breathtaking views of Loch Lomond.
